LOl! Well, it’s not intentional, but I’m glad it works.

I’ve written on this topic several times before, just from different angles and in different publications. I haven’t wanted to repeat myself. To be one of those writers who say the same thing twenty different ways.

Reading peoples responses is clueing me in on what they know and don’t know about the topic and me. I knew the comments would range from very supportive to antagonistic.

I’m surprised some feel I haven’t provided a satisfying answer to what they assumed the article would be about. I even reread what I wrote several times to see if I delivered what I thought I promised in the title. I think I have.

Sure, I don’t give a day-to-day account of what life was like with him (I do that in my memoir, though, including what our sex life was like), but I thought this article provides a big-picture overview of my disappointment and grief.

I’m glad my responses have filled in the apparent gaps.
